I have already noticed a huge change in my ability to excercise after my first bottle. I don’t have any trouble breathing at all and I was struggling so bad before. Thus is the only thing I have changed, so it has to be the product doing it’s thing!
This is the only iron supplement that has worked to increase my low ferritin levels. It is a bonus that there are negative side effects, such as upset stomach, that I have experienced with other iron supplements in the past. I highly recommend this supplement to increase iron and/or ferritin levels.
